Source Attribution

Every auction and property record stores its source name, source URL, last-verified date, and verification status. This attribution is visible on every detail page.

Data Confidence

Each record carries a data-confidence indicator: High, Medium, Low, or Unavailable. This reflects the recency and authority of the source.

Ingestion

Data is ingested through authorized APIs, feeds, webhooks, permitted public data, or manually verified sources. We do not scrape sources that prohibit scraping or bypass technical protections.

Current Status

This platform currently displays clearly-labeled DEMO DATA. Production records will appear only after verified data is imported from official sources.
